Muhammad Syardin is a Partner at MJSP and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pancasila, where he teaches and researches across foundational areas of Indonesian corporate and commercial law. He brings the rigor of an academic to every matter, pairing doctrinal depth with a practical understanding of how businesses actually operate.

His practice centers on general corporate law, spanning company establishment, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, and the drafting and review of commercial contracts. Clients turn to Syardin when a matter demands careful legal analysis, structured reasoning, and a solution that will hold up under scrutiny — whether in the boardroom, before regulators, or in court.

Alongside his teaching, Syardin advises corporate clients on day-to-day legal operations, internal policies, and compliance frameworks. He is particularly effective on matters that sit at the intersection of legal theory and commercial reality, translating complex regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for founders, directors, and in-house teams.

Syardin's dual role as academic and practitioner reflects MJSP's core philosophy: that great legal work is built on both intellectual discipline and commercial intuition.
